
Merchandise Return Policy
Refunds are subject to Dragonix Computers' Merchandise Return Policy at the time of purchase, unless the product purchased is found to be unfit for the purpose of which it was intended or malfunctions to the point of defect. A customer changing his or her mind after making a purchase, such as deciding they want a bigger television screen, is not the fault of the merchant and the merchant cannot be held responsible.
If you (the consumer) decides that you do not want the unit we have prepared or find that it is not suitable to your needs, a 15% restocking fee will be charged at the time of returning the unit. Only a PC that we have tailored to your needs and have sold to you is subject to this policy. Goods outside of the PC such as: Monitors, Speakers, Headphones, Keyboards or Mice are subject to Dragonix Computers' Merchandise Return Policy but are subject to the Manufacturer's Return Policy or RMA and you will need to contact the Manufacturer to return the defective unit.
Otherwise, All Sales Are Final.
